A PERSONAL ROUTE TO SUCCESS
The
route to careers success is very personal and no two people do it the
same way. However everyone has to start from where they are at the
moment and from that "known" position, move towards an
"unknown" world, this could be college, university, or
employment.
Think
about your present situation as you look at the screen. Are you in
school, college, university or in employment? Ask yourself a few
questions:
- What does the future
hold for you?
- What are your plans,
your ambitions, have you given it much thought?
- Are you looking with
anticipation to whatever the future holds, or are you very
concerned because you are not properly prepared?
- Are you clear sighted
or confused, do you need someone to help you focus on the
decisions you are going to have to make?
- Have you any idea what
college/ university course to study or job to apply for?
If you are
properly prepared the unknown world you are facing will not be such a
strange place when you get there. If you are not prepared and focused,
it will be not be a place to look forward to.
